01. Role Overview

This role covers both customer support and day-to-day operations checks. You will review transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and settlement progress, then share the right updates so the service can run smoothly.

Customer Support

Handle customer inquiries through chat and provide clear guidance. Phone support is not part of this role.

Transaction Checks

Review transaction records and amounts, and help customers with deposit, withdrawal, and settlement-related checks.

Operations Reporting

Monitor current issues, share updates internally, and support day-to-day operations and office tasks.

Requirements

  • /Entry level to 2 years of experience
  • /No specific academic background required
  • /Strong attention to numbers and amount checks
  • /Able to work accurately and responsibly

Preferred

  • /Experience in CS or operations support
  • /Experience in operations support or office administration
  • /Experience checking settlements, transactions, or amount verification
  • /Comfort with spreadsheets and document tools

Work Conditions

  • /Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation)
  • /Compensation: Discussed during the interview
  • /Location: 17 Bongeunsa-ro 74-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul
  • /Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00
  • /Salary range: KRW 27M - 32M annually
